MXOLISI COLLIN RADEBE
MANAGING DIRECTOR Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng)
Mxolisi Collin Radebe is the current Managing director of Morad consulting and the President of Morad Group. He holds a BSc.Eng Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Witwatersrand which he acquired in the year 2000. Further to that, he enrolled to specialize in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Pretoria and obtained an Honours degree in 2006. Upon concluding his first qualification, Collin Radebe started his corporate journey as a Geotechnical Engineer at Spoornet before he left to join BKS Consulting Engineers. He then proceeded to Intatakusa Consulting Pty (Ltd) where he worked for a year as a Project Manager (Civil Engineering). In the same year, he went to Transnet as a Project Manager between February – December 2006.
The year 2006 proved to be his greatest year as he registered his own Engineering company, Morad consulting CC and simultaneously got admitted as a Professional Engineer at the Engineering Council of South Africa having acquired adequate experience to run his own practise.
His engineering expertise lies within the full spectrum of Civil Engineering, which includes but not limited to geotechnical investigations, roads, design, storm water and sewerage, water engineering services and project management. Collin has administered and managed several medium to large-scale projects including water supply projects requiring extensive community participation. He has worked in numerous projects throughout South Africa e.g Merafong city local municipality disaster management of sink holes, project value R118 075 349.98 where he was involved in the project proposal, designs, tender and sewer pipe construction. Collin is a full member of SAICE, SAFMA, CESA, SABTACO and ECSA.
As a natural relationship builder, Collin is equipped with the vision and purpose to drive organizational change and can adapt easily to any challenges that arise both personally and professionally. His strong transformational leadership style enables him to lead his organization with a strong vision and success. Collin is a pioneer of note and is goal-driven, dynamic and passionate in his dealings with people and business. He is an excellent communicator and networker with well-developed interpersonal skills. He is a team player and can form trusted relationships with all stakeholders. He has a proven track record of responsibility, integrity and commitment to company objectives and his people.

Since the establishment of Morad consulting (Pty) Ltd in 2006, initially known as Morad consulting CC, the company has built a reputation that exceeds the expectation of its clients and extended beneficiaries because of the experience that has been amassed over the years.
The company is an independent, 100% Black owned company with a level 3 BBBEE grading. Morad consulting (pty)ltd has a CE6 CIDB Grading. Morad consulting as part of its corporate social responsibility plan, assists different communities through donations as required by the identified recipient. This is one of the organisation’s core values.
